The TP600X series are CMOS single, dual, quad opamps with RRIO, low offset, low power and stablehigh-frequency response. They incorporate 3PEAK’sproprietary and patented design techniques toachieve excellent AC performance with 1 MHzbandwidth, 0.7 V/μs slew rate, and low distortionwhile drawing only 80 μA of quiescent current peramplifier. The common-mode input voltage rangeextends 100 mV beyond V− and V+, and the outputsswing rail-to-rail. The TP600X family can be used asplug-in replacements for many commerciallyavailable op-amps to reduce power and improve theinput/output range and performance.The combination of features makes the TP600X anideal choice for motor control and portable audioamplification, sound ports, and other consumer Audio.The TP600X Op-amp is very stable, and it is capableof driving heavy capacitive loads such as those foundin LCDs. The ability to swing rail-to-rail at the inputsand outputs enables designers to buffer CMOS DACs,ASICs, or other wide output swing devices in singlesupply systems.
