The TPH2501/3, THP2502, TPH2504 are single, dual,quad low power, high speed unity gain stable rail-to-railinput/output operational amplifiers. On only 6.5mA ofsupply current they feature an impressive 250MHz gainbandwidth product, 180V/μs slew rate and a low6.5nV/√Hz of input-referred noise, TPH2503 offers ashutdown current of only 1μA. The combination of highbandwidth, high slew rate, low power consumption andlow broadband noise makes these amplifiers uniqueamong rail-to-rail input/output op amps with similarsupply currents. They are ideal for lower supply voltagehigh speed signal conditioning systems.The TPH2501 family maintains high efficiencyperformance from supply voltage levels of 2.5V to 5.5Vand is fully specified at supplies of 2.7V and 5.0V. TheTPH2501 family can be used as a plug-in replacementfor many commercially available op amps to reducepower or to improve I/O range and performance.The TPH2501 is single channel version available in 5-pin SOT23 package. The TPH2502 is dual channelversion available in 8-pin SOP and MSOP packages.The TPH2503 is in 6-pin SOT23 package with shutdownfunction. The TPH2504 is quad channel versionavailable in 14-pin SOP and TSSOP packages.
