The TPA186x series of amplifiers are the newest highsupply voltage amplifiers with 30-μV low offset, low noise,and stable high-frequency response. They incorporate3PEAK’s proprietary and patented design techniques toachieve excellent AC performance with 6-MHz bandwidth,5-V/μs slew rate, and low distortion while drawing only1.4-mA quiescent current per amplifier. The input commonmode voltage range extends to V−, and the outputs swingrail-to-rail.The TPA186x has an over-temperature protection featureto guarantee chip safety. The output of the TPA186x willenter high impendence when the die temperature reachesaround 170°C and will recover the function when the dietemperature is down to around 150°C. The product has avery small power temperature coefficient, which is helpfulto temperature-sensitive applications.
