The TPA188X series amplifiers are the newest highsupply voltage amplifiers with 15 μV low offset, lownoise, and stable high-frequency response. Theyincorporate 3PEAK’s proprietary and patented designtechniques to achieve excellent AC performance with12 MHz bandwidth, 12 V/μs slew rate, and lowdistortion while drawing only 2000 μA of quiescentcurrent per amplifier. The input common-modevoltage range extends to V–, and the outputs swingrail-to-rail.The TPA188X has an over-temperature protectionfeature to guarantee chip safety. The output ofTPA188X will enter high impendence when the dietemperature reaches around 170°C and will recoverthe function when the die temperature is down toaround 150°C. The product has a very small powertemperature coefficient, which is helpful fortemperature-sensitive applications.
