The TP128X family amplifiers are the newest highsupply voltage amplifiers with low offset, low power,and stable high-frequency response. Theyincorporate 3PEAK’s proprietary and patented designtechniques to achieve very good AC performancewith 7MHz bandwidth, 20 V/μs slew rate, and lowdistortion while drawing only 1600 μA of quiescentcurrent per amplifier. The input common-modevoltage range extends to V–, and the outputs swingrail-to-rail. The TP128X family can be used as plug-inreplacements for many commercially available opamps to reduce power and improve input/outputrange and performance.The TP128X has an over-temperature protectionfeature to guarantee chip safety. The output ofTP128X will enter high impendence when the dietemperature reaches around 170°C and will recoverthe function when the die temperature is down toaround 150°C.
