DescriptionThe TPA653x series op-amps are CMOS single, dual,and quad RRIO op-amps with low offset, low power,and stable high-frequency response. They incorporate3PEAK’s proprietary and patented design techniques toachieve 300-kHz bandwidth, 0.15-V/μs slew rate, and lowdistortion while drawing only 25 μA of quiescent currentper amplifier which is suitable for low-power applications.The TPA653x series op-amps have 1-μVPP voltage noiseat 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz, because the bipolar transistor with low1/f noise is used as the input stage.
