The devices are low-power, high-speed comparators withinternal hysteresis. The common-mode input voltage rangeextends 100 mV beyond the power rail. The deviceshave 120-ns propagation delay with only 50-uA quiescentcurrent each comparator, which makes the devicessuitable for low-power applications. The internal inputhysteresis eliminates output switching due to input noisevoltage. The devices have push-pull output to support railto-rail output swing.The devices are specified for the temperature range from−40°C to +125°C.
