The devices in this series consist of one or twocomparators on a single monolithic substrate. Thecommon-mode input voltage range includes ground andpower even when operated from a single supply, and thelow power supply current drain makes these comparatorssuitable for battery operation. The devices are designed todirectly interface with TTL and CMOS, the outputs can beconnected to other open-collector or open-drain outputs toachieve wired-AND relationships.The devices are specified for the temperature range from−40°C to +125°C.
