The devices in this series consist of single/ dual/ quadindependent single or dual supply voltagecomparators on a single monolithic substrate. Thecommon mode input voltage range includes groundeven when operated from a single supply, and the lowpower supply current drain makes these comparatorssuitable for battery operation. These types weredesigned to directly interface with TTL and CMOS,Current drain is independent of the supply voltage.The outputs can be connected to other open-collectoroutputs to achieve wired-AND relationships.All devices are specified for the temperature range of–40°C to 125°C.
