The TPT772x devices are high-performance, dual-channelenhanced digital isolators with 5000-VRMS (WSOP8,WSOP16), and 3750-VRMS (SOP8) isolation ratings per UL1577. These devices have also been certified by VDE, UL,CSA, TUV, CQC, and CB.The TPT772x devices provide high reliability and highperformance at low power consumption with isolatingdigital input and output. Each isolation signal channel isseparated by a double capacitive silicon dioxide insulationbarrier. The TPT7720 device has both channels in thesame direction while the TPT7721 devices have bothchannels in the opposite direction. In the event of inputpower or signal loss, the fail-safe default output is low fordevices with the suffix F and high for devices without thesuffix F.The common mode transient immunity (CMTI) andelectromagnetic compatibility of the TPT772x devices havebeen significantly enhanced through innovative circuitdesign and optimized structure.The TPT772x family is available in SOP8, WSOP8, andWSOP16 packages, and is characterized from −40°C to+125°C. Devices are qualified for automotive applicationswith AEC-Q100 Reliability Test.
