The TPW4066 is a four channel single-pole single-throw analogswitch (SPDT) suitable for use in analog or digitalmultiplexer/demultiplexer applications. The switch features fourdigital select inputs (S1, S2, S3, S4), to control four independentswitch.The device is designed on an enhanced process that provideslower power dissipation yet gives high switching speeds. Thesedevices can operate equally well as either multiplexers or demultiplexers and have an input range that extends to thesupplies.
