TPW3111 is high performance Single Pole/Single Throw (SPST)analog switches. The devices feature low RON of 1Ω maximumat 4.5V VCC and will operate over the wide VCC range of 1.65Vto 5.5V.The TPW3111 features very low quiescent current even whenthe control voltage is lower than the VCC supply. This featureservices the portable applications very well allowing for thedirect interface with processor general purpose I/Os.
