TPAFE5160 is a 16bit, 8-channel simultaneoussampling, successive approximation (SAR) ADC.Each channel has a complete analog front end, aswell as an ADC operating at 350 kSPS per channel.The analog front end features input clamp, aprogrammable gain amplifier (PGA) with high inputimpedance of 1MΩ， low pass filter and ADC inputdriver.The device features an internal precision referencewith buffer to driver the ADC. A digital interfacesupports serial, parallel and parallel bytecommunication, which can be used with varies hostcontrollers.The TPAFE5160 can accept ±10V or ± 5V true bipolarinputs with a single 5V supply. Also the high inputimpedance allows direct connection to transformersor other sensors without external driver circuits.The zero latency conversion with high performancealso makes the device suitable for industrialautomation and control applications.
