The TPC5180 is an 18-bit analog-to-digital converter(ADC). The device supports unipolar, differential input,and the input range -VREF ~VREF with a common modevoltage of VREF/2.The device operates with a 2.5 V to VDD externalreference.The device offers an SPI-compatible interface andsupports daisy-chain operation for multiple deviceapplications.The devices also offer an optional busy indicator bit, whichcan be used to synchronize with the host.
