The TPA7836B is a highly integrated, low powerconsumption, analog monitor and control solution, itincludes a 21-channel, 12bits ADC, sixteen 12-bits DACswith programmable output ranges, an internal reference,eight GPIOs and a local temperature sensor, the highintegration significantly reduces component counts andsimplifies the system design with small pace, low power,high reliability.The low power, very high integration and wide operationtemperature range of this device make it suitable for an allin-one, low cost, bias-control circuit for the power amplifiersfound in multi-channel RF communication systems, theflexible DAC output ranges allow the device to be used asa biasing solution for the large variety of transistortechnologies, such as LDMOS, GaN, GaAs.
