The TPTMP75 is a digital temperature sensor ideal forreplacement of negative temperature coefficient (NTC)and positive temperature coefficient (PTC) thermistor.The accuracy of the device is typical ± 1°C withoutrequirements of calibration or external signal conditioning.The device includes an on-chip 12-bit analog-to-digitalconverter (ADC), which offers resolutions down to0.0625°C.The device has SMBus, two-wire, and I2C interfacecompatibility. It also has SMBUS Alert function.The device is specified for operation over a temperaturerange from −40°C to 125 °C.The TPTMP75 is ideal for extended temperaturemeasurement in a variety of communication, computer,consumer, environmental, industrial, and instrumentationapplications.
