The TPL8031 series products support operating with 3 V to40 V (45-V maximum transient voltage).The TPL8031 series products are 3-μA ultra-low quiescentlow-dropout voltage linear regulators with 300-mAmaximum output current capability.With the above features, the TPL8031 series products arethe optimal solutions for handheld devices with batterypower supply, POS , Power Tools and Wireless Modules.The TPL8031 series provides fixed 5-V and 3.3-V outputvoltage options, and the TPL8031 supports a wide rangeof output capacitors from 1 μF to 200 μF with an ESRrange from 0.001 Ω to 5 Ω. Also, the TPL8031 seriesintegrates over-current protection and over-temperatureprotection.The TPL8031 series products operate in the ambienttemperature range from −40°C to +125°C.
