The TPR31 seires is a family of high-precision andlow-temperature-drift voltage references with the initialaccuracy of 0.05% and the maximum temperaturecoefficient of 10 ppm/°C. All products of the TPR31 seriesare able to support both sinking and souring current of ±10mA and have a low dropout voltage.The high precision and excellent temperature stabilityperformance make the TPR31 series an ideal referencein the system with high resolution requirement.The TPR31 series provides a SOT23-5 package witha wide range of output voltages. All the products arequalified to operate with the temperature range from –40°Cto +125°C.
