The TPM27217 is a single-channel low-side gate driver for MOSFET, IGBT, and GaN power switches. High sourcing and sinking current capability of 2-A allows for improving switching efficiencies by minimizing slew time and switching loss. The device supports a maximum 25-V supply voltage and −5 V improves system robustness, especially in noisy industrial applications.
